Gannon Real Estate and the ISCWR

Every year the Gannon Real Estate Group with RE/MAX donates significant dollars to charities such as Stollery Children's Hospital, Make a Wish Foundation, Cross Cancer Clinic and others. As we attend many Court fundraising events every year, we wanted to come up with a way that we could support the deserving charities funded by the Court. We would propose an “affinity” type of relationship with the Court that would contribute significant dollars and provide excellent service to the members of the court and their families and friends.

This is what we are offering: Every purchase or sale of a property by a member of the Court would result in a $500.00 donation to the Court at closing. This would mean that if a Court member were to sell a home and then buy another property using our services, the Court would benefit from a $1000.00 donation. Of course with a purchase, the buyer does not pay any Real Estate fees.

We would also offer a special fee structure to Court members who list and sell their properties with our team. When a court member refers a family member or friend to our team resulting in a sale or purchase, a donation to the court for $250.00 would result in addition to the regular “referral appreciation gift” of $200.00 to the person making the referral.

This program creates huge potential for the court to raise significant funds through services that are used by members and their referrals on an ongoing basis. Monte Gannon, our team leader has been in the top three Realtors in our office for the past few years and ranked 6th overall in 2015 for Re/max Real Estate in Edmonton and area. This level of production means that we have a track record of effectiveness and results. We have team of realtors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, interior designers and stagers, who are either members of the LGBQT community or related to members of our community.
